Win. A year or so ago I summarized a conversation I had with an attorney regarding posts on public boards. It was her opinion that everyone who posts is in fact a publisher and will be held to those standards.
Posting potentially litigious information in the guise of an article from a respected journal without a disclaimer, (ie: it's a parody), can have serious implications. While most of us recognized it for what it was, there may be some who took it at face value, an article from the ABA. For Carl's sake I hope his eventual posting of a disclaimer is sufficient to keep him out of trouble. But as Zeev pointed out, there will be some who take it as an opportunity to attack Carl. Go to the Yahoo thread and you'll see why he was warning Carl.
