Arik, thanks for the explanation. First let see if CSCO will be let go to it's fair value according to your calculation.

Secondly the conceptual problem I am speculating about is the fact that CSCO was a leader in the past and there is no guaranty they will be in the future with a depressed stock price.

My reasoning is that CSCO is mainly a marketing company who bought R&D with it's own stock which was ridiculous over priced. As of now the perception has changed and may be all their marketing acumen is not worth a lot without viable products.

IMHO CSCO will get hurt in the long term by new technologies which will be developed by others entering their turf. As such CSCO luster will fade with time and may arrive at your valuations of $10 to $11 a share.
