Boy -- sentiment very bullish with all the TA types (very bearish reading), but potential breakout, too -- I guess it will resolve itself here shortly -- I'm playing it safe, but I wonder if the sentiment is going to prove more of an indicator here? hmmmm ...

Everybody, including bears, are waitng for a moonshot -- if it happens sentiment will have been worthless at predicting it.

what's up with P/C?

Yes, that potential NYA breakout has me very concerned. The upside risk associated with such a move would be substantial, and mean a much longer Old Eco correction. It wouldn't say the bear is done, but it would argue for another couple months of potential up there.

It is possible that there is so much Fed printing going on that the liquidity will look for a home in the "safe" stocks of the NYA. Of course, I wouldn't buy them, not even with Luc's money. <g>

If the upside break happens there, I'll step even further back.

[EDIT: It's not getting a whole lot of support with the banksters, so that may be the silver lining. If the BKX can turn and break down from here, the NYA should be done. If BKX joins in the rally, NYA will likely breakout. BKX is the whole ballgame.]
