Yes, the SOX is pulling, but I don't think this kills the scenario just because this is weak.

Could've been a damn fine headfake. This is why it's important for me not to commit when we are at these turns. I am not eager to bet large in here. It's exciting and all that, but we are at an important point where jello is being sloshed without a clear direction. Not the sort of thing that gets me excited.

I think the onus is on the bulls today to pull this rally out (and keep it up) before 3:00 PM or so (maybe earlier)....as afternoon drags on, Intel news becomes front and center (and Csco, and this morning's reaction fades from memory)....I'd think, if one wants to buy Intel....you wait until tomorrow (and hope to get a gap down)......instead of hoping for a gap up from Intel (and runaway) in the morn...

Given the possiblity of a cap-ex cut from Intel, margins getting hit (P4), and the fact that no one knows if Intel sees a turnaround....stock don't go up into the close...

Would seem illogical to me.....so, hence, my idea of urgency for bulls here (to get this thing going)

Smelly giving up 560 would be "so not bullish". -g You still in SMH?

They can't seem to engineer a bounce here at all and CSCO is right back where it started.
