Overseas in part, otherwise how could MarginMike buy his Ferrari Modena and LLCF his Porsche? It produces inflation, not necessarily the kind measured by the CPI/PPI (although eventually that will happen, IMO), but inflation of assets (real estate, bonds, agency paper). I also believe we're seeing inflation of money market funds in that the risk in the instruments used now in MM's is higher than it should be for the yields they pay.
