Grace: I'll defer to your judgement on that, since you have better tools than what I have at my disposal. But the 'orchestrated lying' you're referring to comes at a steep price. There's some heavy duty buying in there that has propped up tech stocks since their lows last week. If Institutions are in fact net sellers since last week, it sure isn't showing in prices. Also, how do you explain the money falling out of the bond market ? Please understand, I see no justification for a rally here and the coupon passes and repos are totally ignored by the financial media.
