"At what point is that? 2H 01 is 6 months. Be more specific. What chip and when."

Well, I happen to have Craig and Andy sitting next to me, so I'll ask them...

...but seriously... Consensus across the usual suspects of varying reliability is that Tualatin (0.13 micron P3) will be appearing Q3. Focus has been on the mobile market, and it's unclear whether or not a desktop part will be made available. Northwood (0.13 micron P4) should appear in Q4, most likely at 2.2GHz according to Mike Magee. Take any projections with the appropriate amount of salt, of course, but based where Intel is now with the P4 ramp (the 1.7GHz part should show up this month followed by a 2.0GHz part in Q3), that's a fairly conservative ramp projection. If AMD ever manages to get their horsie chips out, Intel may accelerate plans as AMD won't be able to start the move to 0.13 micron until early next year...
