John:

"It ain't over til it's over....and it ain't over!"

Its over.

In case you haven't noticed the class action lawsuits are basing their complaints on the grounds that WCII capitalized expensable items and overstated revenue, all to enhance the magic "EBIDTA" number. If there is the least bit of truth in those charges, you can be sure the last quarter and annual figures will be corrected downward to avoid further liability. Then, let's see how this "well run company" was actually doing.

The secured debtholders will not resurrect this company.

Hubert,

Yes, people have been either raking it in or getting fleeced over the
past few days with this stock.

Personally, this company ain't no Chrysler but I think everyone will
put together a bailout plan for it. If the debt is restructured and the
economy stays strong, Winstar will survive and be a great turn around.
