Since he wasn't banned from any other threads that precludes him from posting here. Therefore you need to ban him !. But then he would be eligible to post so <puzzled look> maybe you should just let him stay and save the administrative paperwork.

I on the other hand was banned just for saying that I didn't Jorj, or Bob, or SI. Go figger.
