No. Having a Poly Gate Length at 0.13u, does not make it a 0.13u Process. Intel's Poly Gate Length at 0.13u is much smaller than 0.13u. Does that mean intel can call it a "x.xx micron" Process?"

---Actually, I'm a bit taken back by the "fact" that Intel will get to .13u before AMD.
