You do realize that you can buy a 256MB stick of DDR from Crucial.com for $115, right?

That one I wasn't aware of... price must have recently dropped... still doesn't speak to the performance differential or the problems AMD is having integrating DDR (recent article on the VIA KT266 chipset wasn't exactly flattering).
