Admirable restraint, Clappy. Like you, I'm in "watch and learn" mode. If the alternative is to lose money, waiting for clearer signals is a victory.

<<< I just wish I could get a bead on what it is they are trying to do here.>>>

You're assuming "they" know what they are doing! THEY DON'T KNOW because this "thing" is completely & totally out of control with absolutely no bearing on the fundamental realities confronting the Economy & the Stock Market in general.

This "market" is only for the most nimble players to mess with. Many innocent people (the oblivious, yet well heeled brainwashed public) are being duped into thinking things are fine will be utterly destroyed since they don't have their eye on the ball and no exit strategy (buy & hold mantra)........

Cisco warns and Naz doesn't crash

Well, well, well. Basically, it's hard for the Naz to crash because the Houses have already "burned their inventory."

It's possible we're seeing a deceptive non-crash. Crash to come. We have been lower lately, you know.

I was looking at the chart of RMBS. It's forming a wedge that looks like it could break in either direction.

Here's a picture:

100megspop2.com

If tomorrow gets a good move upwards, traders may give RMBS a green light...

However, the lack of court decisions may limit how high it may climb.

Anyone hear when they expect to get a ruling? I thought I heard sometime possibly this quarter, but I'm not sure.

Clappy! And they say great minds think alike......Hmmmm! I find myself agreeing wif ya. :-)

It is so hard to do when the market makes a slip and heads forward but I try to keep in my mind at all times that this is a Bear market..........until I see or am told (by someone I really, really, really, really trust) that the Bear Market is over I will continue to think that way.

Hey Clappy I trust you if you hear it is over will ya call or pm me? Please?

love ya,
