Hal, one other option I can think of is Sprint Broadband if they have transceivers in your area. Need line of sight though. Most around here are 6-800 download 100 upload. They (Qwest) started duplexing around my area shortly after I got them to take me out of an analog/digital converter (Slick2000) that was limiting me to 26K, and switch me to copper all the way to the CO. Then after a few weeks I was able to get them to DSL certify me.
