JRI, I've been looking at that as a high for some time but if it looks like a low, I will be buying it.-ng

well, obviously we won't be flat...easy Al just cut rates by another 50 bps.

and yes, i'm still looking at the 23rd as an inflection point...have the 19th, the 23rd and May 2 as the next turns.
