You bet it is a lot of downside volume. That doesn't look like any accumulation to me. It looks like advanced speculation (or warning) that it isn't going to be favorably received by the FDA panel (i.e. aggressive distribution).

If the stock stops trading as a negative announcement is made...It will not be a pretty sight when trading resumes.
