I don't worry about falling prices, as long as:
1. total revenues continue to increase nicely
2. the rate of ASP decline isn't accelerating
3. chips continue to find new markets, and steadily make up a larger fraction of the cost of the final products. For instance, the $ content of chips in each year's new model cars, continues to increase. And those $ make up a steadily larger % of the total cost of the car. And I can think of several things that will likely continue that pattern into the future (voice-controleed navigation systems with GPS and wireless modems in them, for instance).
