CableSpeed. On Easter, at least 1/2 the day, all of MD, on their network, was out. Even the first day I got service it was out for a couple hours. I must also state that currently I am on one-way service (dial in for upload), and soon it will be upgraded to 2-way. Comcast/@Home is another cable provider, which did not service part of my area. I am not sure about their outages. I had DSL for 5 months, and it was only down once for less than 30 mins due to the ISP, not the CLEC.
