Isn't it truly amazing that not a single lawsuit has been announced against CSCO? Here we have CSCO warning of a 30% shortfall. Back then we have NT warning of a 25% shortfall and a bunch of lawsuits followed. Clearly, NT has seen the consequences of not managing the street. NT was just being too honest. They should've just done like CSCO and tipped off little by little, even though they knew they would miss.

The good news is that all the lawsuits should be dispel very easily as the evidence is preponderously clear that NT's not at fault, but rather the sharp downturn, the once in a hundred year deceleration, of the telecom industry is responsible. NT was just being too honest.

With all of the best companies being impacted, clearly NT's credibility is no longer a big issue as it was when it warned. In fact, NT may be a leading indicator and it may be that NT will lead telecom stocks on the way back up.
