i bot bunch of XOXO at low 3's, should have pitched it near 4 obviously. i am trying to trade a lot less and buy stocks that i like and have real potential. I think XOXO is one of the 3 or 4 CLECs that will both survive and prosper. I am looking for a big gain, a grand slam in the bottom of the ninth in the 7th game of the world series on this one. XOXO has a ton of money in the bank. They were able to access the credit markets this year., They have Craig McCaw behind them. One brokerage firm has a target of $63 on them. I dono't like they're going down, but i am holding this one for the big salami and feel good about it (most of the time). larry

EXDS - talk that CWP (Cable and Wireless might buy them: Exodus Rises Sharply on Takeover Talk By TSC Staff 4/17/01 2:36 PM ET Exodus Communications (EXDS:Nasdaq - news) was up 13.5% in midafternoon after trading lower early. London's Sunday Business reported that Britain's Cable & Wireless (CWP:NYSE ADR - news) is close to announcing that it will acquire a U.S. Internet company. According to a report in Briefing.com, traders are speculating that Exodus could be the target. Cable & Wireless is down 3.6%. Earlier today, Goldman Sachs cut its 2001 and 2002 earnings estimates for Exodus while Morgan Stanley Dean Witter reiterated its buy rating.
