<Yes, Brent Cook does like Francisco Gold. The firm also likes Gabriel Resources (Canadian: GBU). Anyone here like it?>

Hey I do, but then I'm like Will Rogers. Will not quite, I've been pretty critical of the senior sector and have really unloaded lately on undeserving South Africans. But I do see attraction in the junior sector and think that's where investors should be looking. I've read a few of Cook's older reports of the names you mention, and also on Moydow and Great Basin. What do they like now? Don't they also favor Minefinders?

Yes, they have recommended losers to me also. But what we need to keep in mind is that they give info to their clients and it is up to the clients to confirm and make judgements from it. And as you said, their competence in that area is light years beyond any other broker that i know of.

I agree that they are honest to a fault. I use them for my larger trades where the commission doesn't hurt much, and like you, i use a different broker with small commissions for my small trades

regards,
G
