you are right so since there were no recent recent construction news the decrease of 2B is mostly due to equipment. Hence if overall decrease is 27% then equipment decrease is >27%.

Where are you getting that? I'm not convinced you know what you're talking about here...

you are right again, most of the new equipment is for .18mu process :-))

This directly contradicts everything you've just said, and it is from the first quarter report which was released scant minutes ago...
