And US investors can't use on line Greenline accounts, or Canadian TD Waterhouse accounts. It has to be in person through a US Greenline into the desk. Through the US Waterhouse you have another middle man to deal with and he takes a piece of flesh before executing in Canada anyway.

I am generally quite pleased with Canadian exchanges on small cap stocks. I think it is a superior market to the US small cap OTC market. The key is to keep order size reasonable and that's why I usually use US $2 to 5K orders. I've been gradualist in my approach and have just kept accumulating primarily over the last nine months. I usually enter inside the spread and get filled within the day.

Although it is not quite as convenient as on line, the phone waits are usually short, the brokers deal with me quickly and efficiently, and are actually proactive and alert to potential order errors. The report backs are a little weak and may require another call however. And you have to put up with a seperate Canadian side statement. I would hope US investors take the little extra effort to avail themselves to the bargains the junior market offers up north. In fact in reading these chat lines and talking with the companies, I get the impression American speculators are pretty rare in Canadian juniors investing. Of course so are Canadians.

<GLDR and MR on the US> Yes, those are better US markets, especially in GLDR. The Great Basin BB market occasionally offers better trades as well.
