hi tc you're gonna love this.... #reply-15405439 (i guess we gotta see a tool in action to recognize its true value) you know, i was going to come home and post something along the same lines as you just did, tc.... that the chasms.com site is great for our purposes here on cl thread. i was logged in on win2000, wanting to help e with a clickstream in winme, and chasms enabled me to do just that. chasms.com i also think the fixwindows.com site is a hot resource. their flowcharts (which i have seen you utilize a time or two) are terrific fixwindows.com the more thread members with these tools at their disposal, the better for everyone! :) mark
