When you have EIA open you can highlight any open program and use the Protect option to keep EIA from closing it.

NDD will not run under Windows. It will not run in a DOS Window, because a DOS window runs under Windows. To run NDD, you must be boot to a DOS mode.

EndItAll won't help, because it runs under Windows.
