Sexy,

All of the best Presidents are cheaters and liars. If they are dumb enough to tell the truth all the time, they end up like Cimmy Jarter.

Scott, to understand if someone understands the laws of the game and how to interpret laws. Well one call look and compare another situation where for example laws apply.

Now one can make a statement based upon ones understanding of laws that exist together and in context understand where one applies 1% and another applies 99%

So to an excellent comparison of laws showing a classic black and white understanding that should be clear to any village idiot I propose this set of posts as a clear proof of law or clue and lawless or clueless.

from which the compelling example of the 1% and 99% implication is seen in post

Tom,

CO2 in the process of dissolving does not really react chemically with the water.

In your preschool reference textbook, carbonic acid H2CO3 does not exist?

You are truly the village idiot.

H2CO3, a weak dibasic acid (see acids and bases) formed when carbon dioxide dissolves in water;
it exists only in solution. Carbonic acid forms carbonate and bicarbonate (or acid carbonate) salts
(see carbonate) by reaction with bases. It contributes to the sharp taste of carbonated beverages.

Of the real answer is Only about 1% of the dissolved CO2 exists as H2CO3. Carbonic acid is a weak acid which dissociates
in two steps.

H2CO3 H+ + HCO3¯ Ka1 = 4.2 × 10¯ 7
HCO3¯ H+ + CO32 ¯ Ka2 = 4.8 × 10¯11

SO as to cheating one has to be able to understand the laws before one can cheat.
