Frozen, I am clueless today more than ever. Just can not comprehend two issues.

1. What in the world those chip makers CEO's were thinking wen they invested billion of dollars in new capacity did they make any market and purchasing power survey ? or were they pipe dreaming.

2. After hitting a wall in sales and earnings and evidence is amounting that the world is awash in debt and no money is left for new purchases and people in the US are fired by the thousands almost daily are those WS speculator types anticipating rosier times and bid stock 5% to 8% higher in one day.

May be I need a beer or two to clear my thinking and understand the future better.

FrozenZ, after earnings season we will have Fed ease, after that the market will wait to see next quarter numbers hoping for better numbers or guidance so we can rally until next quarter. 4 rates cut could change numbers and guidance

I see troubles after next quarter or next year. The game now is the GUESS game.
