On their check they receive 21.23 per hour. On top of that is 7.35 per hour in benefits. They want 7.32 per hour more on their check. I guess it never hurts to ask but the meeting ended with any offer under 5.50 per hour and they walk. I guess that they walk. My only problem is that I have such a great group of employee's that I don't want to lose any. They don't want to walk but are bound by the vote of the rest. It seems like being stuck in the twilight zone actually. I guess now that I have calmed down and sobered up we will just take it one day at a time and see how things work out since we have until June 1.
