DVD-R are available for under $2,000. The target by the end of 2002 is under $500. As the price difference between DVD players and DVD-Rs narrows, DVD-R starts to replace the DVD player we know today.

As far as DVD-R consumer products this year, a few 100K. Next year 1-3 million.

To copy protect DVD-recordable, you just protect the content. 5C has received a lot of support.
