Gottfried

Just checked the afterhours trading. There are 400 stocks, mostly techs, up more than 2% with the AVERAGE more like 5%. All because INTC, after some torturous financial engineering, managed to beat much-lowered estimates by a penny which was probably their intention all along. It is probably off to the races for tech tomorrow and it will probably drain some cash from energy after the API's .Fine with me. I'm sitting right at the money with some OS covered calls and I would rather not have them exercised.

LLTC - I listened to about 1/2 their conf. call

this morning. They are in much better shape thatn 90% of the other semi companies, expect revenue and profits to be down 20-30% next quarter. Lead times now 4 weeks. Networking way down, PC not as much.

Conference call is still on the web for a few days.

They evidently manged double ordering okay. I get the feeling some other semi companies didn't...
