Chips, love 'em. I have an old spiraled cutter that cuts spirals of chips. Makes me want to eat up the lard.

Speaking of chips.....have any of you had sweet potato chips or fries? There's a place in Houston that makes them both. Ya'll, they are to die for!

They told me to treat them just as you would regular potatoes when making either one.

I haven't tried them yet, but will let you know.

I'm at the office today and will be heading over there for lunch to get some more info....this time from the cook!
