I also think a new BSL will form. I am always wary of BSLs with BRLs looming above though. They are good enough for traders but not recommended Piffwise for investors. As for the BP's, I haven't even looked at them lately. I have been hoarding cash for the last 8 months and am just starting to nibble. I will be patient and wait for a higher high and higher low at least before committing too much. There will be more opportunities in the future to make good money. My gut tells me the next big rally will still be a bear market rally and that eventually profits should be taken (or current big losses minimized as they become small losses). Edit- Like CSCO. If it ever again makes it up near 32 I will get out and minimize my losses.
