I found a recipe for you..I'm looking for a dessert for the Barb B Q on Sunday..one that I can freeze..anyhow this is for you. No one else would want it..

Coconut Macaroons
[makes about 4 dozen]
2 [7oz.packages] FLAKED coconut..about 5 1/2 cups
1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk..[not evaporated]
2 t vanilla extract
1 1/2 t almond extract

Preheat oven to 350. In large bowl, combine coconut, condensed mild and extracts: mix well. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto aluminum foil-lined and generously grease baking sheets: Garnish as desired. Bake 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned around edges. Immediately remove from baking sheets [macaroons will stick if allowed to cool] Store loosely covered at room temperature
