Hi Wolf, sorry for slothful response, I've been away, and now getting over jet lag. I'm catching up on reading .

"ADX says downtrend for some time now. Agree/disagree?
That 6.50 on the close has been solid for some time
though."

Definitely agree, the last 6 weeks has seen a steady price decline in DMX and ADX certainly confirms this, currently 26.5 on the 14 day bar. The slope of this decline however has been mild. Assuming price deterioration will continue at this slope, it will take some time (2-3 weeks, +- 2 weeks, <ggg>) yet before we sink below 6.00. The 6.50 close has held, maybe we go sideways for a spell.

The Good Ones

OBV this volume indicator has been flat until last week when it finally broke downward. Until this time it was a good divergent indicator.
Money flow indicators are up.
Accum/Distr is sloping upwards during the past 6 weeks. Another good divergence to price. Suggesting accum.
Bollinger bands tightening, but sloped mildly downwards. An explosion soon??

The Bad Ones
MACD lines are huggin each other and sloping downwards for the past 10 weeks. No signs of change, of course this is based on price so its tracking it well.
Daily Slow Stoch is trending down, but has not reached over sold. Suggesting further decline.
Daily Stoch is also trending down, touch oversold and bounced.
CCI is in the basement, suggesting oversold. No signs of improvement.
50MA and 200MA sloping down.

No news, still waiting for 3Q NR. Other companies that are NR shy, tend to load up on their Q reportings. So I presume this is the case for DMX going forward. I am expecting a good summary of progress and hoping for some upside futures, knock on wood.

Do you think the 3Q is being held up so that parties in negotiations do no find out the size of Provalis' up front payment? Would it really matter? Would that imply a market partner NR before our 3Q? Does anyone know how long DMX can do this till they are considered delinquent filers?

To Joe,

Thanks for the recent posts. Great finds.

Also there are a number of western red neckers posting on DMX and SI. I only sent emails to MPs, but not the Herald. Yet. Maybe I'll try to call-in on QR77 talk radio with Dave Rutherford.

Under the incredible amazing category,
1. according to the article, HC has or will spend $6million on marijuan study!?!! TAX payor money?!! DMX has spent more private money than that over the years and is still waiting in line.
2. Leafs in 4!!

Warren,

I vote that Warren S. will be the fastest to post the next DMX NR on this thread.

Good Night
