Intel says Q2 revenues will decline by 20% - this seems to put a lower boundary on the potential shortfall. In addition, business to channel (up to 30% of their business and a major indicator) remains very strong. As someone who has held INTC for more than 10 years (and a large position by my OWN standard), I would say that Intel's management mostly erred on the conservative side, and the market knows it too.
