GSC: The PE for INTC, CSCO and many of the SEMI's are nearly three times higher now than at the peak of other Bear markets.
Is there any reason why this was/is ignored.?

Yeah, this is very speculative money coming in now, thinking this is the bottom, and to get in early. I agree with something I read on A&P's thread, that they will be making the same mistakes all over again. The higher this stuff goes the better for shorts later on, IMO. Maybe today is an exhaustion gap, I know there's many out there thinking about that possibility. We'll see. Good luck.
