My only concern upon first reading was the "mom and pops" that Bilow and Scumbria are so worried about. Carl especially disparages the "non-professional" all the time. Yes, I knew it was a joke, but I believe that a real mom or pop, watching the value of their stock portfolio whittled away by the endless, dragging bear...and the fud...and the uncertainty about this one issue, now in litigation for a large part of its future revenue stream.....yeah, I think one of them could have believed it. It was the use of the ABA web citation that sort of takes it beyond a good yuk and enters the realm of "maybe it is true, and if I call my broker right now before everyone else read this...."
