RECOVERY RALLY GAINS on any bear market sell offs, each rally hereafter will make gains. Inventory build ups are depleting, and orders and manufacturing are in the early stages of recovery, in th end, the rule of this age will apply, WE ARE LIVING IN THE AGE OF SCARCITY.....A hungry world will recover because supply will never fully meet the growing and ever increased growth of DEMAND. Prices will go up on stocks accordingly with earnings. The Fed (FOMC) still has 3 bullets left in its gun, another 150 basis points MINIMUM must be cut, to put the Fed rate under 3% where it belongs. Otherwise we will have to go to zero rate, and hopefully any stubborn fed governor or Chair Greenspan will be impeached and dealt with accordingly by Congress and the American people before that is required.
