Vi, according to the latest figures I have access to, M1 was $1.1059 trillion , M2 was $5.134 trillion, M3 was $7.3883 trillion, and the monetary base was $595 billion. In that context, I don't think the amount of new reserves the Fed is adding is remarkable - but that's just my opinion. The new numbers come out every Thursday.
