Not easily. I think that I have the right to negotiate separate from the other contractor's which I will be checking into. There are several BS programs the union guys have maintained over the years that are of no benefit to them in this area like SASMI. They could pick up 2.50 per hour on their check by just eliminating those programs. Union definitely doesn't want that but my guys derive no benefit from these under employment scam programs and as far as I'm concerned the money would be better spent being on their check rather then going to the union. I will be digging into several of these things.
