I am long and have 70% of my LT tied up in Teckies....we'll see. Greenie drops rates by 1/2 and we could see a price appreciation of about 20% in the market. Fed drops rates by .5%...ROTFLMAO!!! the Chief

Chief: I see you're checking in on the other thread. Just wanted to post a message here so everyone who bookmarked it previously would have it pop up again and remind them that when your house is finished (ETA still Sept 1?) this will be the place to come back to.
