Thanks for the recipe. I will make it for my son and me. We love carrot cake, in fact we love ANY cake. It sounds a lot like a recipe I got from a 90 yr old lady in Colorado back in 1970. Very moist, great texture and lots of flavor. I will have to check. ;-) M
