Found this on THE FOOL BOARD...

The 'hot' item today for me is this thing that just popped up on the IFX docket:

rambusite.com

4/16/01 243 REPLY by Infineon, Infineon, Infineon Holding to response to [234-1]
motion by Infineon to preclude Rambus from using at trial post-lawsuit certificates
of correction (scoo)[Entry date 04/17/01]

A certificate of correction is an addition to a patent. Evidently Rambus added one to a
patent and IFX is trying to get it tossed.

Tthe issue was addressed in this case laws.lp.findlaw.com . This
was the first one that I found, but I'm sure there are more.

John,

Carl made the aggregious error of assuming that the audience had the ability to differentiate satire from news.

His mistake was overestimating the intellectual capacity of the audience.
