That was a very interesting article you posted. I am curious about the 15-25 watts of power it can generate. Do you think that this is enough power for a commercial application?

This is a bit off topic, but as I have been hearing the news of all the flooding going on in the Midwest, I recalled reading about a small town called Soldiers Grove. It is a tiny town that was built on a flood plain in Wisconsin. After many devastating floods, they decided to move the whole town & required that all new buildings must be at least 70% solar powered. It was a very successful project, one that developers today should be paying attention to. Here is a link that discusses the relocation.
