Blake, re:The majority of the 30 million "units" was for PS2 (was it 32Mb or 64Mb), and shipped at a time where prices are higher.

The 30 million units were from Samsung only, and I believe that Toshiba provided the RDRAM for PS2.
I think most of Samsung's devices last year were 128Mb.

Getting your assumptions straightened out is a big, exhausting task. <VBG>
