you ever wonder why a few significant European companies advanced beyond a few significant U.S. copanies relative to the next generation? i think it has little to do with talent. your timeline purchasing power and competition to maximize your operation and deliver enhanced products to the consumer drives some of this the "bear lock" is a dominoe effect. the reversal is also true. according to some at SUNW the train is already moving. isn't that like asking when did the industrial revolution begin?
