Barnes & Noble.com's share increased to 19% to 21% to 27% That is not possible. Amazon has first mover advantage, that is why it spend so much money from pet supplies to living room furniture... Yes. First mover is always a plus in retail. See Montgomery Wards for proof. They were the first catalogue sales store. Sears came later.
