Jerry has asked for this relief in the EU Commission in order to "level the playing field" for AMD and eliminate unfair competition by Intel. " That is PATENTLY unfair. How will AMD be able to operate those fabs? The EU should also demand that Intel turn over their $10 Billion in cash to AMD to assist AMD in the startup of AMD's "newly acquired" fabs. Paul

Hi Windsock, RE: "Intel is building new fabs so they can donate the fabs to AMD " Why doesn't Intel turn itself into a fab-for-a-fee firm? Intel has the largest and best fabs in the world, so why not? Though at a cost, not as charity. RE: "Jerry has asked for this relief in the EU Commission in order to "level the playing field" for AMD and eliminate unfair competition by Intel." It's unfair that Intel has worked 33 years to grow as big as they have, but isn't AMD also 30+ years too? Regards, Amy J
