Telcos benefit from lower rates. Those with the biggest debts most of all. Cap spending will gradually increase now and inventories will be burned off within a quarter. Don't go short as this rally will continue (not as fierce as today though) into May and maybe beyond. Except for dot.bombs we can retrace 30% of the lost ground from last year before we stop. This is not irrational either, it's fundamental based on the future 6+ months out. VZ, WCOM, SBC, LOR, PALM, UIS and LU are still cheap. Buy them. Will benefit greatly from fed cuts. NOVL still near low. There're still plenty of second tier bargains and another cut coming in just three weeks. Mutual funds are buying. Those afraid to buy techs won't be anymore. And short hedge gangs (sharks in the water) are crushed. Will not recover. Their armies are scattered and surrendering. Don't be the captain who thinks he has to go down with the ship. Pigs always get slaughtered. I've been warning you for two weeks now. No rest for the wicked who thought our economy was going into the crapper. This is American technology and it's still the biggest most fominant growth industry in the world. If in doubt at least buy SBC or VZ for a nice safe gradual gain and a dividend. But there's still real money in the tech dogs now. Not buying the leaders buying the followers. They'll follow now.
