I agree it's not always easy for a woman to say no to her husband, or to someone her
father has sold her to. If she tries and is forced anyhow, that's rape, which I excluded
from my terms. And again these are not the women who are likely to have access to or
be permitted to use birth control. (yes, they are- all over the world Women stealthily try to get birth control or abortions in defiance of their husbands. )
