I think the true reason is that he found St. John's Wort was found to be ineffective. He can't wait the extra time to wait for generic Prozac to jump start the market. Well, next month, the recent surge in oil prices should push the CP-eye over 4%, that is, unless the seasonal adjustments don't dampen it too much.

Does anyone recall the Nikkei 1990 chart with the BoJ rate cut overlays?

my totally ignorant prediction is it goes vertical just before an imminent collapse(if this really ever happens)
